is that appropriate? I mean I know I wouldn’t want to bring my dad with me on the first day of school. I find this Million Father March thing pretty fascinating. I get the fact that America want fathers to be more involved with there kids live’s and all, but on the first day of high school, are you serious? “Research shows that children whose fathers take active roles in their educational lives earn better grades, get better test scores, enjoy school more and are more likely to graduate high school and attend college.” How much people agree with this? In some way I do because Iunderstand that a father is an irreplaceable part of a child’s life, no matter what you try and replace him with and having him there makes all the diffrence in the world. Then again there are kids who do perfectly fine without a “father.” Having a male role model does whoever make things easier and more understandable when it comes to growing up.Having this day is like basicaly telling all the children who don’t have a strong male role model that they aren’t going to make it. So tequnicaly I have not sided with Pro-Million Father March or Anti-Million Father March.
